Unless otherwise stated, any changes to the Privacy Policy will take effect immediately upon being placed on the website and your continued use of the Services will represent an agreement by you to be bound the Privacy Policy as amended.

5. COOKIES AND TRACKING
5.1 A cookie is a piece of data stored on the end user’s hard drive containing information that relates directly to the end user’s visit to our website. Any information placed in the cookie is accessible only to Drinkbot, and will not be sold or shared with anyone else under any circumstances. We use a cookie to store a unique session identifier, and this allows us to maintain your shopping cart and state selection from one page request to the next. We are also able to maintain your session information from one visit to the next. By setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still browse our site, but the user will be unable to log in or make a purchase. Cookies also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site and show you the products that your order history indicates you prefer.

7. ACCESSING, CORRECTING AND UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION
7.1 Your personal information will be held by Drinkbot at Unit C, 2 Rothwell Avenue, Albany, Auckland 0632.
7.2 Under the Privacy Act you have the right to access your personal information that we hold, and to have that information corrected and/or updated. You may be able to update some of your personal information online via your account.
7.3 If you find that information we hold about you is incorrect, you can update this on our website by clicking “Hello YOUR EMAIL ID/Personal Details”. Or you can contact us directly and we will correct it.
