Shipping and Return Policy

In this agreement we refer to you, the purchaser as “you” or “your” and Drinkbot Limited (trading as Drinkbot) as “us”, “we” or “our”, and the name that will appear on your statement will be Drinkbot.

1. DELIVERY & TRANSIT 1.1 We will exert our utmost efforts to dispatch orders within a business day. For deliveries, it takes 2-3 days for the North Island and 4-5 days for the South Island. Please note that we shall not be held responsible for any delivery failures or delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

1.2 In the event that we fail to deliver any products, you may elect to cancel your order in respect only of the products not delivered unless we have contacted you and you have agreed to delivery at a later date.

1.3 Where we fail to deliver or delay delivery of your order or part of your order or where any loss is incurred by you in relation to such delivery and is within our control, our liability shall be restricted to payment of the cost of replacing the order or part of the order, as we may determine (in our sole discretion).

1.4 Advice regarding order shortages or damage in transit must be given to our customer service team no later than three days after receipt of products.

1.5 Delivery is complete when the products reach the address you have specified for delivery. We will be responsible for arranging the delivery of products unless you arrange otherwise with us.

1.6 Nothing in these terms entitles you to return the products as being surplus to your needs, or for any other reason other than set out herein.

1.7 Non-delivery – If the goods cannot be delivered for any reason, such as the Customer failing or refusing to accept the goods, or the Recipient failing to produce adequate identification, the goods will be returned to the store that is the origin of the goods and held for the Customer to collect. The Customer must, at the customer’s expense, collect the goods within one week of the attempted delivery.

1.8 No alcohol sold is to be delivered on weekends, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, or before 1pm on Anzac Day; or at any time after 11pm on any day and before 6am on the next day.

1.9 Delivery must be received and signed for in person by someone over 18 years old, and they must have ID at the time of delivery. NZ Post will not deliver to anyone who is intoxicated.

Our Company is based in Auckland and we offer a quick and reliable delivery service.

When you checkout you will be asked to select your shipping address. This determines your freight charges automatically.

Delivery costs will be charged as per your order quantity and shipping address. We follow the criteria of NZ POST whether the delivery address is a rural area.

1.10 When you order the product, the delivery fee will be added separately from the product price.

2. CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REPLACEMENT 2.1 After we have accepted your order for the products, you may not cancel the order without our consent;

2.2 We will not consent to cancellation if we have processed documentation in fulfilment of your order;

2.3 Returns for credit will be given at our discretion. The cost of return is your responsibility;

2.4 In the event that we consent to cancellation, we may require you to pay a minimum handling charge of $4.00 exclusive of GST per case or part thereof or a maximum of 15% of the total value of your order.

GIFT CODE

2.5 Gift code is Non-Refundable.

SUBSCRIBE

2.6 If you purchase through the SUBSCRIBE function on our website, you cannot cancel until at least three orders and deliveries have been completed. If you want to cancel the SUBSCRIBE function afterwards, you can send us the SUBSCRIBE CANCELLATION REQUEST email. We will confirm your purchase information and can approve or cancel it according to the cancellation policy.

INDEMNIFICATION FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

2.7 We are responsible for reasonable compensation to the customer for products damaged during delivery. We will refund you up to the amount of the damaged product you paid by GIFT CODE.
